Now that he is freed from his contractual obligations to Notre Dame, he can run back to the NFL and trade on his overblown reputation there, too.

Weis is going to clear untold millions, without producing anything resembling success, on the strength of Brady's arm and Vinatieri's leg.

I love this whole thing, though I don't discredit his proformances in terms of new england's OC What people fail to realize is, OC's simply find the best use of the players on their side of the ball. There's no question he did that, but in terms of play calls, Bill did most of that, Romeo Crennell did less with more I think. Some guys are good coordinators and I think Charlie did a master work with getting the most out of guys who were arguably league washouts in other systems.
